I've been blessed with an amazing mother-in-law. I don't really want to go into detail on this world wide web, but trust me, she is incredible. This post is for her as she starts another leg of her healing journey. We love you Guita and are sending tons of love and prayers your way. We are looking forward to more adventures with you soon! xoxo

There's no time like play time.
A day in the life... (complete with costume change) Buzz Lightyear rules.
And we can't forget sweet Eloise! She figured out she has hands & they are tasty!

Last Friday night...
Strange but true, our boy LOVES clams. The waiter looked at me like I had two heads when I asked them to make the "spaghetti alle vongole" with penne instead of spaghetti, Italians are serious creatures of habit. Little did they know I was doing them a huge favor, nobody should have to clean up after Sam with a plate of spaghetti.

Throwback Thursday!
Happy Thursday! Only a few more hours and it's Friday- that means that I don't have to cook tomorrow night & that means I am one happy mama. There is no such thing as sleeping in anymore (or sleeping at all) so I take great pleasure in scheduled no-cook nights to kick off our weekend! Thursday's are the day I have dedicated to picking one or two of my favorite old photos to share with you, so here it goes...

Like I'm not even there...
One of the benefits of always being photographed is that you can completely ignore the fact that you are always being photographed. Sam doesn't acknowledge my camera at all, not even when I ask him to. I can just sit on the floor and snap away. This evening I caught him being super cute with his fussy sister- shoving, I mean placing, the paci in her mouth when she was upset. I think she just might finally be growing on him...
Their will not usually be two posts in one day, i just had to catch up for the fiasco that was yesterday. Happy Wednesday!

The start of something wonderful.
Hello friends & family!
It's a new year (2013!!!) and I am trying to be better at many things. You see, I have failed miserably at being a blogess. I have tried a few attempts (all with "Mora" in the title) and never fully followed thru. This time I thought "It's got to be that darn "Mora" I keep playing with..." so I dropped it. That leaves us with Sam and Eloise, but we all know that ladies come first, thus Eloise and Sam. Ta-da!
Now seriously. I want to keep in touch with my family that I miss so dearly and give all the grand parents a daily dose of the kiddos. I also want to give potential clients a way to get to know me as to help them decide if they would like to give me the privilege of being their photographer. We all know that a blog is the perfect solution to carrying out both of those wants, so here it goes. It's 2013, I have a new baby, a growing business, and a desire to be more productive & orginized person. (Jose, that organized is for you baby!)
Day 1
She is loving, sweet, quiet, cuddly, cute, and two months old! (this post was supposed to come out yesterday, but I locked the kids and I out out of the house. You will also notice that I photographed her on our bed, which was supposed to have sheets on it BUT she puked all over them. It's ok, happy accident, I actually like the mattress look... Needless to say, yesterday was not my day.) Just look at that beautiful girl- she's a keeper!
